Black Ladybugs are identical to Ladybugs, except for their name, colour and selling price. Therefore, they have the same spawning locations. They are regularly found in grassy fields alongside Grasshoppers. This includes Belle Island, the ‘unstuck me’ location, Graal City, MoD… and many more locations. They stay still on the ground for a while, then fly a moderate distance towards another piece of land. They cannot be caught in mid-air.
Step 1: Having located the Ladybug, go towards it. It almost never goes off-map.
Step 2: If it is flying, wait for it to land. Then swing the net.
Step 3: Missing it will make the bug fly away, but not very far.
